Default OBD I conversion help, runs fine with pm6 and td-02

hi out there, ive got a 89 std hatch. a6/z6 mini me, that ive been slowly building for about 2 years. shortly after i bought it i did the mpfi swap obd 0 style. ive finally got around to doing the obd I conversion and im stumped. i bought a zerg industries ecu jumper and dizzy jumper and i have a stock p28, so i put it all in yesterday. try to crank it nothing just spins. the dizzy and ecu are both good, as i had already seen both parts in action. problem is that it will not start no matter what. i havent wired in the vtec stuff or the 4 wire o2 sensor, but those being undone shouldnt cause it not to run should it? id really like to sort this out im tired of running around on a sub par ecu and one bolt ghetto rigging my dizzy on. any input is appreciated! thanks

Edit: also the car will fire once or twice but thats all, only codes i can come up with are 19, 21,22,and 41

Pony up the money for a Rywire OBD-1 conversion harness. Did it for my car and it was plug and play.

Code 19 is for auto transmission. Is your ECU an auto ECU?
