Unplugging power locks? posible

ok undid the screw but the door latch panel is being stubborn... does it just pop off or is there a clip..... easy way to do it other than pull and mangel it??

Lift the door handle and slide it off. I think it was towards the rear of the car.
Just get the RS handles. Looks cleaner w/o the power door lock swtich there. It is also a theft deterrent (sp?).
