We need pics of the injectors. Do you have a camera on your phone?
YOu might want to check timing while you're at it.

I hope you didn't pay $5k for it.

A previous owner may have removed the CEL bulb.

When the key is turned from off to ON(II), the CEL should turn on and then off after 2 seconds, if no codes are thrown.

If the CEL bulb is burned out or removed, install a new one.

This way, you will be alerted to any problems sensed by the ECU.

I suspect that at least one CEL code is currently thrown but the CEL bulb has been removed.

In the meantime, you can have AutoZone hook up a code reader to retrieve the codes. Jot them down and then reset the ECU to see which ones repeat.

Alright so this morning, i went out to start my car, i went from off to on (II) and the oil and battery lights both came on but the CEL did not come on. If it did it was very very dim to the point where i couldnt tell if it was on or i was just seeing the spot where it should be on but i dont think it was on.

Remove the cluster to see whether the CEL bulb is missing or blown.

No, just the bezel and the cluster. It's pretty simple and straight forward, and there are only about a hundred how-tos out there if you search.

$5000 for that, though? Uh...good luck? Only way that's gonna happen is if you find some fool.

My ideals of going into selling the car were i will overprice it, so if no one wants to give me what i want for it i will keep it.
