2 throttle cables but only one fits
What do I do if I have two throttle cables but only have one spot on the new motor h23 vtec
Also they won't fit tight any suggestion

One of those throttle cables is going to be for your cruise control. I'm not sure on the H23, but for the H22 you have to ditch the cruise control or swap the throttle bodies for your F series one.
You need the one for your gas pedal for the car to function...

IIRC you keep the short one. 
Isn't there an H22 throttle body that has the two mounts for the cruise bracket to mount to? I remember seeing one that didn't have the holes but the two protruding mounting things were still there, just need to be drilled and tapped.

May need to add an adjustable bracket where the cable mounts to the front of the intake manifold. I have one around here somewhere. I'll see if I can find it so you can see what I'm talking about. Highly doubt that I'll be using it any more.
