How to have instrument cluster on with no exterior lights lit?
So, I was going to strip the paint off my needles and attempt the color changing needle mod on my 96 integra that Ive been seeing on the web, but the problem is that i need the instrument cluster on. Id like to be able to have the instrument cluster on with no exterior lights on but im not really sure how to go about this. I was wondering if any of the forum members could help?..

Supply 12V+ to the red/black lead terminal of the cluster, supply a ground to the red lead terminal of the cluster. 94
