all my mounts are in place and secure. but sometimes when i take off hard or even remotely fast i can feel my engine jumping up and down. when i popped the hood and tried to move the engine it was stable and wouldnt move... the engine also put a nice size dent in my hood...

 

Did you check the mounts to make sure they were still intact. "In place and secure" doesn't really mean anything.
