Default H23 vtec wiring issues

Ok so I just did a swap into my 2000 honda accord from F23 vtec to H23 vtec
but I'm having a bit of trouble with the wiring. My F23 wiring harness isn't a
plug and play the distributor is 3 or 4 wires and H23 is 8 and some others I can't remember.
Please help me in the right direction on harness or schematics. Also I have the H23 vtec with wires cut off like distributor, etc...
also they told me since its an right hand drive car that H23 harness won't work and then I have an Accord wagon auto harness.

for the dizzy, you could either splice the 2 plug wires into the one plug wires, make an wiring adapter, just like the rywire one, or just buy the rywire adapter.
