92 civic d16z6 misfire
the car has been misfire'ing ever since i got it about a year ago but never really bothered me
it misses in the low rpms only and at idle especially when the ac is on it misses like every couple of seconds.. i did a full tune up fuel filter plugs new dizzy cap rotor
it usually goes away if i change the plugs but it always comes back after a few months..
could it be a bad ecu? bad injectors? oh and i dont get any cel ever
1992 si stock motor and tranny about 220xxx miles.. maby needs a new timing belt?

I think I am having the same issue with mine..
Low compression on that same cylinder I believe that is misfiring, #4. Numbers from #1-3 are about 190-210, and #4 is 150.
Plugs/wires/cap/rotor/igniter/coil are all new.

You list a bunch of things you think are "solutions" and try and guess which one it might be.

If you think it's any of those things, have your friend test them. Half of them will be confirmed or ruled out by a compression/leakdown test.

I agree it could be a bad plug wire.
If you pulled all the spark plugs and numbered them as to what cylinder they came from and study them visually you might see a slight difference in one or two that might tell you something. If you want, pull them, mark them 1,2,3 &4 with a sharpie on the white ceramic part, take a picture of them side by side and post it in this forum. Give us something to look at. I'm bored.
