Does anyone know any exhaust tips that would fit a 98 civic that look pretty nice?

 

Exhaust tip? You mean an axleback or just a slip-on exhaust tip?
If you're going for an axleback the Spoon N1 looks great and produces a very nice sound, but in my previous car this one was quite loud (no interior etc.).

If you would rather have a quiet one look for a Mugen twinloop or Spoon Street.
They aren't cheap but they sound way better than most fart can exhausts imo.
