Icon6 safe to drive whiled the rear brake lines are plugged?

one of my rear brake line is leaking and will leak all of the reservior overnight. im in the process of the take it out and replacing it with braided lines, but i need a car for now.

so is it safe to drive if i use one of those stopper bolt and plug one or both rear brake lines at the four way joint that goes to the rear calipers? will it mess up the abs system or any other electrical sensors or systems?

thanks.

You could just crimp the line.
It is never safe to alter or plug a brake caliper.
But also the vast majority of the braking power in in the front

yes i am aware of the unbalance braking power between front and rear. i can use the e-brake like i have always been for the two months prior keeping it in the garage.
was this the only reason you thought its unsafe?

i tried this on my hatch with my 5 lug when i didnt have the bango bolt. its not safe. you wont get the proper braking power. i highly do not recommend doing this.

not sure on other states but if you get into a wreck with it that way it can deam the whole thing your fault (even if your car is parked at the curb) and it will void your ins policy.
