Default DOHC ZC Oil Filter Question

I was just wondering if anybody had an idea of why my dohc zc takes a PH7317 oil filter and not a PH3593A?

In ~2002/03 Honda changed up all their oil filters for the Civic line from 88+ to the 15400-PLM-A02 (the smaller one). The PH3593A was the equivalent to the one before the change... I can't think of the number right now but the one before it was PR3.... Anyways, if memory serves the PH7317 was the Fram 15400-PLM-A02 equivalent.

Bottom line, either one can be used for the ZC.
