Hey guys I'm at a lost here, my family and I have a 1991 honda civic DX orginial owner here. wanted to drive the right one day and it wouldn't start mechanic told us it was the fuel pump replaced it along with a fuel filter now when I drive the car and put on brakes and the gas moves to the front it shuts off but if i keep it over a half a tank of gas it drives amazing but as soon as it gets to a half a tank or less I get the same reaction. What could it be???? thanks so much

 

I also replaced the relay as well
