Help me out with some rims
I want some rims for my 99 civic EX, but im not trying to spend alot of money for them, I just want some cheap, quality rims that look nice. Any recomendations? I might sound cheap asking this....but thats because i am ^_^ haha im only 18 with a minimum wage job so dont really have a heavy income lol

im not sure if he was saying that you shouldnt get rims,or if you just shouldnt buy them brand new.
saving is key.if you want something,work for it.put down a little from each paycheck until you have enough to get what you want.
