Buying car from out of state.. LIVE IN CALI

.. is there extra fees that i have to be concerned about.. like extra taxes.. and crap so on emitions.. and other stuff.. give me the details i need. thanks guys

how about asking your local DMV for full details

if your going to buy a large ticket item like a car, you'd figure you'd do research on it.
