Longshot want to trade situation here, my Miata for your Civic. I'm located in the 94553 area. I don't suggest PM'ing me because I rarely check them, instead you may text or call me at 925 522 1137. My Miata:
-96, 120k, clean title, registered until May 2013
-Will smog for new owner (I expect you to do the same for your car)
-Manual
-A/C, P/S, P/W, P/M
-MazdaSpeed Bilstein suspension (have stock suspension too if you want it)
-Runs very well, zero driveability problems
-Interior is pretty good, exterior is decent
-Hard top pictured may or may not be included in the trade, really all depends, it is worth about $800-1000. Look up prices if you don't believe me.

Have spent a ton of money on this in the past 4k miles incld:
-New timing belt, associated gaskets, etc.
-New pads and rotors all around
-New clutch and flywheel
-Various fluid and tune-up items
-A/C system completely checked out and recharged to the proper level
-Brand new soft top with glass rear window (won't haze up like the plastic ones do, easier to clean, all around better top)

What I'm looking for:
-92-95 Civic Hatchback, 4 Door, or EX Coupe
-96-00 Civic Hatchback
-Clean title, registered in CA, smogged/smogable without needing to go to a "special" shop
-Manual, A/C required, power options would be nice as well
-Trying to stay away from swapped cars, but if the engine has been replaced paperwork is very important to me
-Something close to stock
-Quality modifications to the suspension/interior are fine, please nothing on eBay springs or with a gutted interior, it will just make my commute worse.
