1. Just learned how to drive manual- Motor went out cos of no oil.. New motor? or rebuild? over 200k miles

2. What motor can i swap on this same transmission? if possible

 

This is something you should be able to easily find with very little searching, but the h22 prelude engine is almost a direct swap and the f23 transmission will fit on it.
I'm a little skeptical about you putting this in though, since those engines are known to burn a little oil and your original engine did apparently go bad due to no oil...
If you're just looking for a quick and cheap replacement, putting in another f23 will be the best choice
