weird problem

Default weird problem
i have a 1991 wagovan with a obd1 swap. my shifterwont go into geasr unless i turn off the car then it goes in gear like butter,but sittind at a stop light sucks any help please

What kind of trannydo you have on it? B series or single jingle? Also did you install the clutch?was the clutch and pressure plate new or used?

Kinda sounds like a clutch problem. May just need adjusting.

Make sure your pressure plate is good, and try adjusting the clutch
