This thing is stuck so far up under the dash I can't even touch it with y hand let alone a wrench. unbelievable!!...(I'm not talking the cruise cntl switch).

I took the knee board off the dash...what else can i do to get access??...Is there a special tool?

No special tools needed, nothing to remove, you could take the 1mm bolt off the fusebox on the left to gain some wiggle room with it, or just work around it. Just need a 12 or 14 mm wrench, cant remember which one. Its a bitch and its painful im not gonna lie but Ive done it in a del sol and in both of my integras.
