I have an ef sedan.this morning i install a new battery and relay fan. Start the car right after the install everything work great.10 min later hop in the car to go out car did not start. Battery is not dead,fuel pump came on. But the car wont turn over

Its manual. Amd the main relay click.thanks a lot for you guys help, i found the problem stupid ground. Once again thans alot guys this site rocks.you guys are always willing to help.
