cams gears and pulleys?

are they a good idea to put on a sohc-vtec( 99 civic ex), if so how much of a gain am i looking at, are they worth the money, and whici brand should i go with..AEM, Unorthodox,skunk2..

depends on your other mods. You`d need tuning, too. IMO, no, it`s not worth it.
