energy poly master kit

Picked up a energy poly bushing kit. My question is should I tackle this or get a pro to do it. This is my DD and how difficult is this to do and time frame it would take to complete this.

its very tedious and requires a lot of patience and work. also, just like he said, if you dont have a press or know how to use it... dont try
