Hello I have a ef that never sees rain or snow only dry concrete, my nittos are getting kinda low and my buddy suggested flipping the tire and running the inside on the outside... I was wondering is it dangerous in any way?

 

Is there a lot of inner tire wear or something?

 

Yes front tires have camber

 

did it all the time with my lowered civic since it would eat up the inside of all 4 tires. if the wear is really bad and you hit a puddle of water on a heavy raining day you may hydro a little just my experience

 

The water evacuation pattern in the tread will be lost if you do that, but otherwise it is a perfectly fine way to get more use out of a set of tires that have excessive toe wear.

You should also go get the toe issue fixed to prevent further uneven wear.
