h22 all motor, nos, or forced induction
What seem to be the best setup for h22's? I here all motor with direct port nitrous is best. But now im hearing stuff on turbo is best. Also all motor 300 hp is as good as 400 with turbo. Is this stuff true? Idk i guess im just lookin for pros and cons of each setup. Whatever info i can get on this would be cool. But the only factor is the h22 is a stroker but the comp ratio doesn't matter bc i have yet to get the pistons so i can go with waterver comp i need to. Plz help.lol
It all depends on what your budget and final goal is. We can tell you pro's and con's all day but if they don't effect your final goal then they don't reall matter for you. Nitrous you will have to fill a bottle. Turbo has lag. All motor cost a lot more per who than either. Are you looking for a street, auto cross, or drag car? Do you want to make 400whp or 900whp? These kind of things will help decide what would be best for YOU
Not usually in so much of a hurry on here but its wat ever. Budget isnt a problem so that part isnt a factor. I think its coming down to an all motor build possibly with nos. The only thing that i dont know is compression factor. If i go nitrous i want to be as high comp as possible bc i want the power to be their as soon as i hit the gas. I have a h22a1 block with darton sleeves with an h22a head. Im getting a brian crower stroker kit, bc stage 3 cams, 1mm larger valves and all the little stuff in-between. This is a FULL build. My question is wat compression should i run if i go nos? Also wats about the max shot ill be lookink at? Im going h2b also. Im just lookin to max this thing out. Not really just drag but something that will hang with whatever gets beside it.
