Default Tranny Not shifting/correctly

I couldnt find my same issue in other threads that i saw, so thats why im posting a new one. Sorry if i over looked it.

So i replaced motor in my 93 SE auto, Code throws the 7 blinks which i know it the TPS. I bought the new TPS put it in, and im not getting any reading off the center post, i know closed throttle is supposed to be .5v WOT is suppose to be at 4.5-5v. im not getting anything really, it did jump to .33 once, and i tried adjusting it but it moves the throttle and revs the motor.

That being said, the shift tower will catch R/N/ and drive gears, leaving it in
D4 it wont shift out of first. I can manually shift 1st to 2nd, and it will shift into 3rd, but only stay in 3rd for about 2-3 seconds and kicks back down to 2nd gear. Speedo isnt working either, that part of the problem? I was told it wasnt since its a VSS electric, but not really sure, first accord i have ever owned, and its kicking my **** thus far . Any suggestestions? pointers? Only code the computer is giving is the TPS, when i first jumped the OBD I it did the 7 fast blinks, and then 4 short blinks. but after tinkering around the long 4 blinks went away and never came back, arent the long blinks usually first? not last?

Any help would be great.

Thanks

Short fast blinks indicate counts of one, longer blinks indicate counts of ten.

_ _ _ _ _ = 5
___ ___ ___ ___ ___ = 50
___ ___ ___ ___ ___ _ _ _ _ _ = 55

The codes will appear numerically. From smallest to largest number. The code should repeat, and cycle through each code.

If your VSS is not working it may affect shifting. The TPS WILL affect upshifting. Simply the TCU will not command it. The engine will rev although it will not be optimum for peformance. Currently the car is in limp mode. If the TCU does not know the throttle input it will not upshift.

Fix the TPS the transmission should start shifting.

I got the new TPS on, and it finally stopped throwing the TPS code, but now i unhooked teh TCU. i read that it may need to reset itself somewhere, so i left it unhooked for the better part of a day and a half. Well plugged it in last night, now had problem starting, and running, wanted to idle real low and had to fight with it to keep it running till it warmed up a bit. Also with jumping the OBD the engine light stays on steady now, no flashing just solid, and now the D4 light flashes twice which is "solinoied B"

Any idea what would make the engine light just stay solid?

That is unnecessary. Unhooking the battery and depressing the brake pedal for 10seconds will be fine. Reattach the battery and that will clear any codes.

Make sure the TCU connection is on correctly and no pins were bent.
A solid CEL on when you jump the two wire pin means no codes.
When the engine is fully warmed up verify that the TPS voltage is correct.
Recheck all your connections. IAC controls idle and cold idle, verify that it is connected and working properly.

Ok, so i got everything figured out now except the TPS, now i can get reading out of the 2 outside pins off the main harness, but I get nothing from the center pin which is supposed to be getting the TPS the power, i do think that is the right way, please correct me if im wrong. Am i doing something wrong here? I got a bad wire? Any other ideas i can go with?
