erratic idle?? Just finished rear disk conversion anyone had this problem...

erratic idle?? Just finished rear disk conversion anyone had this problem...
I just finished my rear disk conversion on my rex. Everything came out of a 93 Integra. I swapped out the trailing arms, booster, and M/C.
I tested the booster and it works fine no leaks. I double checked all the hoses and no leaks there. I'm running a DOHC Non-vtec B-series motor. has anyone had this problem before... If so, what fixed it.
FYI: it only idles erratic when the car it cold once it warms up its alright

well it started when i finished the break swap, there nothing else i can think of. Any ideas?? anyone?
