15's are good if you want a mix of lightweight, good looking size, and performance. There are many Honda/Acura wheels that directly fit. Any 4x100 lug pattern works. Tires depend on the type of driving you do. For a daily driver in AZ you would want an Ultra or extreme performance summer tire. Dry/Wet traction is your main concern. The stock size for the 15's are 195/55/15.
