what does bseries mean? can i put this tranny on my 96 civic and make it go faster? what is the best tranny for running 10s. I have intake header and exhaust can i beat a corvette now? thanks man

Ever had one before? I hated it, 4500 rpm going 70mph but i was 18 at the time so i didnt care.

 

If you have a vtec engine it would be nice,but if you have a non vtec motor i wouldnt recommend it specially if you drive on fwy a lot. You going to be doing what olddohc just stated.
Thats the exact reason why i build my trans to my spec.

With a 4.4 final drive..now that im driving it i should have replace 5 gear with a LS..but i dont drive much on fwy so its alright i guess

 

My current setup is at 1900rpm when im going 80, 4400 im going 110-120mph

 

never did but i know what you mean. i know ima hate it when im on 5th. prob be best if i get the long gear.
