H23 with cams, cam gears, ignition, coil, wires, 12lb flywheel, clutch, exhaust. and a Drag kit with rev hard mani and downpipe. on 18's (rims) i run 9.6's consistent in the 1/8 on 18's

I'm guess I dunno.. mid-high 13's?

163.9 with no turbo. (H23) no vtec

 

Had a 92 lude w h23 with an fmax kit ,apex i exhaust ,fuel pump, ignition box,tanabe sustec suspension, 18s , black widow kit, big *** apr wing( it look good at the time)...
it ran mid 14s @6psi..............
I know I could do better withmore boost, but, I sold the car...

00 wht s2000 still stock still fun..

 

i should run about a 14.8 without boost.

 

now install a vtec head and watch it go
