I went to track last night and ran my car. I have 95 civic ex 50 shot of nos with race fuel pump and fuel pressure guage... so everything was ok tell i shif to 3rd then bogged out i got to parking lot and my car started to backfire little bit but engine sounded fine so I took the spark plugs out and 1 looked like the white part kind of was melted (i use zex plugs). so i had a friend get me new ones ran ok today it started skiping in first gear like at sertin place and backfied again little. I checked the plugs and perfectly fine. I really am not sure what is wrong i have people tell me its

valves, rich lean, i am 2 degree on retard
my fuel is at 44 at full gas and 38 at idle


maybe one valve is melted or somthin please help tell me what u think thanks
