I decided to pull my buddy's cel out of boredom. When I turn the key to on2 it takes a Lil while for the cel to popup about 5 seconds. And when cranked it turns off then turns on about 5 secs into idle. When jumped it wouldnt flash a code.
I didn't try with it turned on though could this be the problem?

Try it when the car is on, and the light comes on.
