Default 98 civic LX power windows/locks issue

Hello everyone, I have a 98 civic LX manual and out of nowhere the power windows and locks stopped working. At first they wouldn't work but would start to work after driving for a bit. Now they don't work at all but today it just moved the passenger front window down 1/4 of the way from the passenger switch. I checked the relays, wiring to the switch which is getting power by the way, and all the fuses are good. The wires are also going into the door fine with no breaks in it or anything. A bad window motor wouldn't cause the locks to stop as well would it? Please any help would be appreciated I've searched and tried troubleshooting but no avail and all of those threads never has the OP replying if they found a solution or not. To make it worse this is in FL and the rain is on and off.

Also where are all the relays that would affect this? I checked the one under the dash and the box in the door with another but there's a chance those may have been bad as they arent new. Is there a way to test it besides replacing it? Dot wanna throw money around aimlessly.

Coupe or Sedan?

Fuse 11-20A fuse under dash for the drivers door
Fuse 10-20A fuse under dash for the passenger door
Fuse 46-40A fuse under the hood
Fuse 24-7.5A fuse under the dash
Power window relay under the dash

I'll double check those I guess but the fuses where good. It is a 4 door. You think all the windows and locks would be the relay? I'll check and get back though. Thanks

No, they're separate circuits.

I didn't get to test the fuses again but I really think it might be that relay. Could it just be a big coincidence that my door and locks stopped working at the same exact time? Or are they linked somehow through something else? My door lock unit/relay still works(at least it's clicking) but none of the doors lock or unlock. Is there another relay for that one too. And what's the avg price of a power window relay?

Late edit/update - incase anyone else had the same issue it was a bad ground in the driver side door.
