This is my fiance's car we've had for over a year now, only selling because she has her eye on a new car and this will be the down payment. This is an AWD version, the first year they were sold in the US. In 1997 they only came in one trimline, only with an automatic transmission and only with AWD. These options changed after this year, but these were the specs for the first year. This one has higher miles, but runs great. In the past 20,000 miles its had a timing belt and water pump. In the last 10,000 miles its had the transmission fluid changed, and rear differential fluid changed. Both axles were replaced with new units from advance auto parts about 5,000 miles ago, and the spark plugs were replaced about 10,000 miles ago. Tires are still in great shape with at least half tread left, OE size BF Goodrichs. Car is still being daily driven so mileage will change. Only things that are a little off is the front passenger fender is a slightly different shade of black due to a DIY repair the previous owner did after his wife dented the fender, and the floormats are gone because my fiance' let them get rained on and ruined after she vaccumed the car out. Has some small nicks and scrapes, but it is a 15 year old car, and is priced accordingly compared to other CRVs of this year. Before vehicle is purchased, it will be de-personalized and get a fresh oil change with a honda oil filter and high mileage valvoline. CRV also comes with a ton of maintenance history from previous 2 owners (we are third owners), and also has a Pioneer Premier head unit with iPod connection in glovebox, everything else is factory as far as I can tell.
