has anyone had this problem happen to them before

first started i drove home everthing was running fine two days later (hard rain over the weekend) wanted to start the civic it cranked over and after a while it started stumbled then died then tried starting it again fuel pump woudnt prime and the main relay started clicking like crazy an the engine check light didnt come off ... checked a couple of forums and then replaced the mian relay , ecu (when i pulled off the old ecu the terminals were abit wet) , checked the grounding on the termo and all the fuses after i done all that turned to the Ignition fuel pump started and there was spark coming from the plugs (cylinders 1 and 4 were strong but 2 and 3 were abit weak) tryed to start it again but it wont start ( it sounds like its about to start )

anyone has any ideas
