I have a 94 Integra GSR. It has a really rough idle jumping from 100-900 and eventually stalls. Sometimes it settles at 500, but it has a really loud ticking sound as it chugs to stay alive. Before my idle would just jump up and down and eventually go away, figured I had a dirty IACV. Although now it doesn't only jump up and down it also sounds like a ticking time bomb and stalls. Could this be the result of the IACV kicking the bucket or FITV? The ticking sounds is coming from my 2nd/3rd injector and intake manifold.

 

Have you done a valve lash adjustment, if not, do one and see what happens. 94
