Default Wiring for an Antenna

Preface; the car is a 1997 Acura Integra Gs sedan
I've been faced with the problem of my antenna not functioning as it should. The motor will not activate, leaving it in the down position. To rectify this I want to run a new wiring pattern to through a toggle switch that I'll have in the cabin.

I've brainstormed here ^^^ and know where I want to go with the project but have no idea on how to get there.

The idea is to have the power for the switches to come from the fuse box, go to the switch and be routed respectively to the motor. I can handle everything for the most part after i have the fuse wired. But I don't know how to aaccomplish that. (I think this ia basic but I'm going to be stupid an say it any way) A positive and negative from the fuse box that i can link to my switch

hopefully i can use this one since i have it lying around

to the wires that run the motor.

If you can offer any suggestion or advice to help the project along, it will be much appreciated.

If you have an aftermarket HU like the guy in the link, then just connect the aftermarket HUs ant. control lead, [blue/white unless there is also a blue lead, then use blue].

Or are you having some other kind of problem with the ant.? 94

I am the guy in the link. But the wire lead doesn't exist. I scoured the wiring diagram for the wiring harness to the HU and it said nothing about an antenna power. And I would wire the motor through the lead but I'm set on having the toggle to give it some character.

Use the power wire coming from the HU that you would normally use to go to an amp.
