Default 1998 honda civic ex. will +45 offset fit without spacers?

I'm planning on picking up a set of 16x7 +45 offset Rota Circuit 10's. I know OEM wheel offsets are within the range of 35mm-40mm? just wondering if+45 offset is too tight? and that i might need 5mm spacers to get them to fit properly?

anyone with rota circuit 10s would be great to hear from! so i can buy these ASAP (TONIGHT). thanks all!

Those will fit just fine. Also, you may want to note that offset is a measurement from the center of a wheel's width. Therefore, the offset number doesn't help you much without knowing the wheel's width. Stock alloy wheels are 6.5" wide +45 to +55, for most 90's and early 2000's Hondas.
