Default TOOOOOOOO much fuel on cold start

running the full AFC hack on my D16Z6 turbo, got the AFC set at -25 to make it idle without stalling, problem occurs when i start it from stone cold, it overfuells badly (spits fuel out of the exhaust and misses due to the xcess fuel)

idles and starts fine once warm or when not started from stone cold.

Is there somewayu to get round this E.g disable a cold start valve or something???? Its obviously the ECU adding more fuel on cold start which is nearly flooding the engine!!! removed the plugs after a cold start and they were black as the ace of spades!!

I cant lean it out on the AFC cos it wont idle otherwise!!!

any suggestions???

Also starts badly sometimes??
