Is it only bucking when in 4th in the 45-55MPH range?
Note the RPMs when it does this, then try the other gears and for that rpm range. See if you note the same bucking/missing/stumble.
If it's around the ~2K rpm mark, and does it only at a steady cruise, I'm going to guess that the EGR is clogged or inoperative.
Clean out the EGR passages and recheck. Make sure the EGR valve is working as well.

joespunn23 there is a how to in the FAQ section on how to clean the EGR passages on the 90-93 and 94-97 cars. On the 94-97 cars its a bit easier as there is a separate manifold that can be opened and cleaned out.
