Bisimotos worst service ever...
Their service is so ridiculous will never purchase any parts from them ever again. I've spend $9800 in parts. They sleeved my block, crankshaft work, bothe the main and rod bearings, valves, cams and cam shaft, itbs, exhausts and etc totaling $9800. When I started doing my build I noticed the main bearing was smaller than they are suppose to be. After several email exchanges, they decided to correct their MISTAKE but still made me pay shipping charges both ways. This is all done thru emails so i can prove, and On top, they were blaming me that Bearings have been scuffed, nicks and scratched. A customers spends almost $10k and they argue about $50-$60 bearings? A good customer service moral. Definitely never buy anything from them again. worst people and worst service ever.
this happens over and over with Bisi. he has ripped off some close friends and a lot of people in different ways. His business attitude and customer service needs major correction.
I agree. I spent almost $10k and they were arguing over $60 bearings. To bring it to BISIs attention, and hope fully teach them a lesson, we need to have more HT members read this and avoid them from buying BISI products.
+1 to this. I had issues before with them; after running a cam for about 1k miles. They blamed it on my super tech valve springs and retainers not being correct and damaging the cam. Offered me a $50 "discount" on a replacement camshaft which originally cost $360. That would be over $700 for a working camshaft in the D series. lol right
Initially, I had to wait almost 8months before I got all of my parts. They were backed up in their productions and were blaming Kinsler ITBs. Their call was KINSLER production is backed up by 3months. I hardly believe that. I too, have some dings on cams but not on main journals. Not even a single mile or mounted and this fact came across. Sent them pic of it, and they say it will not effect the performance. I hope this statement is fact. I'm bit concern since CVC had bad experience with your cams.

Greeting's Priyank,
We strive in excellent customer service! We extended to you the best quality parts and engineering with a lot of customization hence the delay in the Kinsler ITB's which are not shelf items and due require design and manufacturing time. Furthermore, if wrong bearings were sent to you by mistake, that should have been called to our attention right away not a year later yet we still went ahead and made sure you were well taken care of.
You had mentioned that you inspected the bearings and realized that they were the improper size for your application yet you proceeded to place the crankshaft upon them resulting in scuffing of a new set of bearings. We gladly accepted the damaged bearings and went ahead and sent you out a new set even though it was over a year from your original purchase. We have assisted you throughout the process of your build including helping you seek clarity on how to properly install pistons. My apologies if we could not include step by step instructions with your request of diagrams on how to properly assemble an engine.
We wish you best of luck with your build!

Do you realize that, you had top line engineer sitting there putting my project together, that was completely WRONG. Disregards to the time that took me to finish, at that time, I had no EXTRA $ sitting in my pocket to finish the project right away, but BISI should have taken extra step/caution to inspect each and every parts that was sent out to me. This isn't a question of $50-$100 parts, I spend $9800. We aren't even talking about pistons here. BISI should have taken extra step to take care of shipping charges both ways for their mistake. ONCE AGAIN, BEARING should have been inspected to fit my project before it was released to me. Since you brought up pistons subject, let me bring one more story to these HT members. When we first made this deal, I was suppose to get a CRANK that I had to fight for to get it. All this is in email. You guys are not only horrible at customer service but so irresponsible for your mistakes that you made.I will continue to keep this post live and let other members know how you guys mistreat customers.
WTF?! It took you over a year to put an engine together?? **** happens, u should have inspected the items when you received from them. At least they still helped you out even after a year you bought the items from them.
Not every people have extra cash floating around LIKE YOU Boosteddb8. Proper build does takes time. Inspecting my parts?? why can't BISI make sure before sending it out. Its like when you purchase high end luxurious car, manufactures make sure its properly put together. My build has nothing to do with wrong part that was sent out. As far as helping me out, I BOUGHT PARTS WORTH $10000 NOT $10. Time wasn't the issue here.
Man you keep sayin bisi bisi i highly doubt he checks every single order customer makes or even cares what you buy or how much you spend with him . Cause if that was the case i think he would of responded to you instead of one of his minions making it seem that your retarded .
Business Principle is, if a customer brings the business then take care of it in right manner, no matter if its large or small order. Many people complains bout bisimoto being slow, rude, and irresponsible. I, for sure, know not to give them any sort of business any more in the future.

I also dont think its uncommon for guys to store parts for long periods prior to putting something together, and whilst he may have checked all was present, you arnt sizing bearings up at that stage are you?
For a 10K spend and what could have possibly ruined the build, I also find charging shipping for their error petty.
Good luck resolving your issues with them, but good to have threads like this that search well when looking to deal with others in the future.

Bisimoto employs a bunch of scumbags, and every time someone representing that company posts something, I lose more and more respect for them. I wouldn't use a Bisi product if it was given to me.
LOLz..
x2. I would love to see that video. They offered me help, very true, but realize after spending $10000 they've yet to made a mistake and blame it on me. Pathetic way of doing business. I am glad we are drawing more and more people to read their stupidity. Thanks for your support igotthaspirit.

Life happens man. I know how the OP feels. I have a POS del sol project I was working on with more overtime than I could handle for months at a time then cutbacks. Now I can only afford to pay the my share of the rent on the garage while it sits there. I've been seeking a second job for over a month and a half and finally have a lead on Monday and if I get it it will start again. My point is that maybe the OP had something like this happen to him. Hell maybe a family member died and he had to come up with 10 grand to put them in the dirt. You never know.
