Hesitation with new front drive axle
I recently replaced the front driver's side drive axle (CV axle) on a 99 Accord. Immediately I noticed a cyclic hesitation in the CV joint, especially when the car is starting from idle or slowing down to stop. I got the axle from Autozone (new), not a genuine Honda part. Is this a common problem with parts like these or is there something I could have done wrong in the job? I went by the Haynes manual and put all fasteners to torque spec.
