What is the best degree to mount canards on a 2002 Honda Accord for maximum downforce

Track car or street car? Stock bumper or modified?

Street car doesn't matter because they are only for looks. Just make sure they are even from one side to the other and parallel with each other. For a track car, you would have to actually get out on a track and make adjustments to see what angle suits your setup the best.

That really means dick to us. Canards can be shaped in all sorts of ways, and the body kit doesn't mean anything. There a dozens of kits, and I don't think any come with information or tech sheets on aerodynamic improvements or where to place a given canard shape.

As I stated with the vortex generators, YOU and YOU alone have to do the testing yourself. Same model cars with changes to appearances/body work can and will have dramatic differences in drag, lift, down force, blah blah blah.
You can get an idea of ideal location by looking at those nutty 'time-attack' cars with their absurd spoilers/splitters/front mounted wings, canards, and diffusers.

Aerodynamic testing on a car for a DIY'r can be a right *****. The only affordable testing that is available is tuft testing.

Have you already maximized your air dam and splitter?

I've looked into getting a high speed fan and a smoke wand to try and do some Aerodynamic testing my self I'm just about to order a front splitter and the canards are APR Universal Canards

Unless you have a controlled area I don't think your going to gain any meaningful data. A camera mounted outside of the car and pieces of yarn attached to the body panels to see where the air is stalling, spoiling, turbulent etc(tuft testing) will net you much cheaper and better testing.

Getting a fan and a couple of incense sticks and blowing air at the car in small areas can make it look better or worse than it actually is. You need air to flow over the whole car, not in patches.

Get some yarn, tape, and decent camera, and go for a drive.
