Remove S2 cams, springs, shifter, strut bar.

Add Flashpro, eibach/neuspeed springs, corsport shifter.

That would be my choice of mods.

I've just read that some S2 cams were not being made correctly and people ended p grenading their heads. Plus the whole "World vs. S2" threads... Just a company I don't trust fully when it comes to engine internals. Of course that's just my $.02...

You also are just paying for the name. There are many more products of higher quality that actually cost less, if not the same. Like the CorSport SS adapter, for instance. The AEM short ram intake I have found for $159, versus the Secret Weapon for $200+ as well

ditch everything skunk2 you bought. get some drag cartel drop ins or 2.2, or svm 211 or 212. if you want a better manifold than your rbc get an rrc.

They are not compatible. I'm not sure where you're going with this but if you swapped heads then you would be able to use the cams you speak of.

cams are interchangeable between k20a2/z1, z3, and k24a2 heads. you can put them in the other k series heads with the correct rocker assemblies making an oem vtec killer setup.

looks good for an "all Skunk2" build. are you looking to track it or daily driver or both?

I learned something new as well. I did not know they were interchangeable. Also didn't know it was that easy to make them fit in other heads.

Thanks!

Skunk2 is a good product. At least if you have a problem with their product you can contact them in the USA. The Best Quality stuff for Hondas typically come from Japan, but an arm and a leg for something you won't have much support for is a risk some of us are not willing to take, especially on just a daily driver.

He's talking about two separate things.

Why the aftermarket seat? You'll be losing the seat airbag, and possibly the airbag sensors in the rails, if you use aftermarket seat rails. The sensors in the rails are used to determine how hard to deploy the steering wheel airbag.

The only thing Skunk2 I would possibly run would be the Skunk2 Megapower Header. Everything else is questionable and even then with the recent conduct/actions that Skunk2 has shown the community (bounties on people for personal information, sueing people, etc), I would question their support and business practices.

Anyhow, it's your money, spend it as you wish. These are my reasons for not recommending the rest of the skunk2 stuff:
- the exhaust is very very loud (one of the loudest).
- the lowering springs are junk (look at RedShiftMotorsports' drop spring tests here: http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com/R...ingTesting.htm
- camshafts, I can't say, but there are other options
- short throw, there are other ones out there (for less); however, the best albeit pricy will be a full replacement (ie. Mugen or TWM)

Also, the Weapon R intake is expensive for what it is. You'll be better off with a J35 throttle body and a larger intake running to where your battery currently sits (you'll have to relocate your battery).

However, since you already bought everything, I guess it would be cheaper to just run what you already bought.
