93 Civic: American D16 to Japanese B16 engine swap - need advice

am trying to swap my 93 honda's d16 to a b16 dohc vtec engine but the b16 is japanese will i have any problems and do i need to switch things out since the new engine is japanese

just use the corresponding ECU and harness and it goes right in. make sure you are obd1 tho
