i have a 98 sedan that i picked up recently, the brake lights are stuck on when i have the lights on, when there off and i hit the brakes my instrument cluster, corner lights, and climate control all light up, the other day i had noticed it stopped, later on i went in the trunk and after closing the trunk it started again, theres no loose wires that i can see, checked the brake light switch on the pedal and i have all proper bulb sizes in, ive searched on the forum and posted in other topics posting same issues with no luck, any one no what it could be ? any help would be appreciated

EDIT: i just went outside and rechecked all fuses and bulbs. in the process i found this random harness with no were to go that i could see, and this tucked behind the fuse box, any idea on what/where these go ?
