Default B18C1 Turbo Build Help/Opinions

So I'm eventually going to be boosting my 90 EF Hatch. I want to be pushing around 300-350whp without going overboard.

My current specs:
B18C1 (rebuilt about 10k or so miles ago)
B17 tranny
Skunk2 intake manifold
Aftermarket throttle body
Cold air intake
DC 4-2-1 headers
Custom 2.25" exhaust (no cat)

Parts to get:
ARP head studs
Walbro 255 fuel pump
Evo 560cc injectors
Skunk2 Mega Power exhaust
Fuel pressure regulator (my friend told me I need this..)

Aside from these things, I'm getting a turbo kit, and other needed parts. I have two options right now. I'm going to be saving up some money to get this thing boosted. As much as I'd love to buy the best parts, I'd like to be able to save some money. (I know, I know. You can only have 2 of 3 things. lol)

Option 1:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/HONDA-CIVIC-...ht_5289wt_1163

Option 2:
http://www.go-autoworks-store.com/gostkit.html

With option 1, I'm getting only decent parts, but I'm getting everything I need at a good price. I planned on upgrading parts as they died. With option 2, I'm getting good, name-brand products, but for double the price. I want it to be a solid kit considering this is my daily driver.

If you guys could help me out on what to do, or if there are other/better options, please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks.

Please, please, please do NOT buy an Ebay kit. You get what you pay for. I have heard horror stories of people getting the ebay kit and the wastegate sticking open and the engine blowing. If you want to go the cheap route that's on you. You'll pay for it in the long run. Sometimes these kits only make it 1.5k miles and then sometimes they go 30k. It's a hit or miss.

The Go-Autoworks kit is nice though. Only problem is the cast iron mani. You may have to cut part of the hood to fit it in (80% sure of that). But, I suggest a Ram Horn mani. That's what's going in mine. My suggestion in Go-Autoworks. Save your money and get something nice that won't crap itself on you.

Yeah, I know. :/ Even with the Go-Autoworks kit, my friend has a ram horn manifold that he was going to sell me for $350. I'll probably end up getting the second kit, just because I really don't want to invest more money into replacing crappy Ebay parts. It's just a nice kit because it has literally everything, ya know? Oh well.
