2000 accord v6 no start... Need help!!!
I have a 2000 honda accord v6... I just bought it from an individual... I was told that it needed transmission work but they battery was completely dead and the transmission was missing a solenoid pack so i didnt try to start it.. Now that I have it home and got a solenoid pack put on it and actually tried to start it, it wont start... So i switched the ignition like most recalls and then tried it again... still nothing... i have fuel pressure at the fuel rails but none in the cylinders.. The ignition key light is flashing and i understand it is supposed to quit flashing.. it has an aftermarket made key... so i switched the ignition unit ( key and all) with a wrecked car that i have also... (the wrecked one starts and runs) still the ignition light was flashing... so thinking the keys were linked to the computer i switched that also.. still doing the same thing... does anyone have an idea of what is going on with this thing? im getting very frustrated... My next option is to switch motor and trans both and see what happens but im afraid that will just be a huge waste of time... PLZ HELP!!! Thanks
