Honda CX rims
I have a 1994 honda civic cx hatchback and I'm looking to buy rims for it.
It looks exactly like the one below with the same tinted windows, height, and condition but with ugly hupcaps. Does anyone hae any pictures of the same car with nice rims or some nice recommendations. I live in Canada and I'm looking to spend about $500-700

to many opinions are gonna crash into you like a freight train.
to each his own.

If you want a cheap, lightweight set of wheels and don't plan on upgrading your brakes, look for a set from the Civic VX.
They are made by Enkei, 13" in size (not as easy to get tires for them).
These can be found for $100-200+ average for a set, depending on conditions and the presence of usable tires.
If you want a cheap, lightweight set of wheels and DO plan on upgrading your brakes, look for a set from the Civic HX.
They are made by Enkei as well, 14" in size (a bit easier to get tires for them).

With these wheels, you'll be able to install Integra brakes in all four corners.
Other common OEM wheel upgrades for our cars are "Fat Fives", "Blades" (both from GSR I believe) and Si wheels.
All of these are 15" and clear bigger brake upgrades (ITR calipers and bigger rotors).
Tire selection for these is much easier. You can search Google for those names and see pictures.
You can also search your local Craigslist to find sets on sale near you.
Enkei makes a very nice wheel called the J-Speed.
That is the closest wheel to my current set of HX that I could find in 15" diameter.
I will probably be upgrading to those to further upgrade my brakes... otherwise I'd keep my HX set.
Whatever you do, like beecee18 said, don't go over 16".
Personally, I wouldn't go over 15" on a 92-95 Civic.
Good luck with selection, you'll find plenty of ideas.
