Default Buying cars from the USA

I see a lot of nice civics in Buffalo, which is like an hour from me. I live in Canada.

What is the process of buying there(around 3500$ to spend). I have looked online, buut came up with nothing. I called the boarder too but they said they cant say, I have to be in the situation for them to tell me.

Anyone know?

Thanks.

Why ask here? Get it right from the horse's mouth: RIV.

RIV is the agency created by the Canadian government to regulate importation of motor vehicles to Canada from other countries.

Expect a considerable amount of red-tape. Also be aware that some vehicles are not importable under any circumstances. It's all on the RIV site.
