okay ill give this another shot.

has anyone done this before? im tired of searching

is it possible to swap out a power steering rack for a manual rack, straight up. just the rack.

its a 98 civic. i deleted all the lines and pulley. i want to pull out that rack (locked up on me) and swap it for a manual rack. is this pretty much straight foward or am i going to need to change other stuff?

please, somebody help me out.

Yes you'll need the rack and the gear that connects the rack to the steering wheel.

 

All you'll need is the rack, the weather seal and the universal. You shouldn't need the entire column up to the wheel.
