My 2004 Honda Accord V6 is having an issue. When it is put in drive it jumps out of gear and back into gear. When in D3 it runs fine with no issues. What do you think this could be?

 

went to Autozone and got the codes. The codes that came up were P0154 and P2254. I think those are oxygen sensor codes?

 

Those relate to oxygen sensors yes, however its probably not related to transmission problem. Id start with by inspecting the tranny mounts, then the linkage cable for wear, as well as fluid level and condition. Let me know how those 3 look.
